Fly to Auberdine.

Sail to Stormwind. Set Your Hearthstone to Stormwind.

Fly to Ironforge and get The Smoldering Ruins of Thaurissan from Royal Historian Archesonsus. Talk to him again and go through the dialogue to get the next step.

1. Fly to Lakeshire, Redridge Mountains.
   
   
2. Head north into The Burning Steppes.

1. Go to Morgan's Vigil. Get the quests:
   
   
   • Extinguish the Firegut
   • FIFTY! YEP!
     
     
2. Head north to Dreadmaul Rock, taking the south entrance. Head into the cave and kill 15 Firegut Ogre Mage, 7 Firegut Ogre, and 7 Firegut Brute.
   
   
3. Head northwest into the goblin cave at Flame Crest.

1. At the cave, go to Yuka Screwspigot and turn in the quests:
   
   
   • Tablet of the Seven
     
   • Broodling Essence
     
     
2. Head east and kill all Dragon Whelps and Worgs along the way. Zap the Dragon Whelps with your Draco-Incarcinatrix 900 before killing them. The Worgs drop Blackrock Medallions.
   
   
3. Get A Taste of Flame from Cyrus Therepentous inside the cave. Talk to him again and give him the molt to complete the quest.
   
   
4. Head southwest and kill all the zapped Dragon Whelps and Worgs along the way again. Complete gathering 8 Broodling Essence.
   
   
5. Head west and kill stray orcs to finish collecting 50 Blackrock Medallion. Since the orcs here are rather high level, focus on the lower level single orcs.
   
   
6. Head north and collect The Tablet of the Seven.
   
   
7. Head east to the area of the Ruins of Thaurissan and collect relics scattered around to Recover 12 Information.
   
   
8. Head northeast to the cave and turn in Tablet of the Seven and Broodling Essence. Get the follow-up Felnok Steelspring.
   
   
9. Return to Morgan's Vigil and turn in these quests (don't get any follow-ups):
   
   
   • Extingusish the Firegut
   • FIFTY! YEP!
